Hello, I’m Pilar.

My career in Foreign Direct Investment has been more than a profession. It’s been a purpose.

For more than 28 years, I have dedicated my career to connecting businesses, investors, governments and international institutions — turning strategic relationships into tangible opportunities for investment, growth and development.

I have held senior executive roles in business strategy, investment advisory and international investment promotion. As a team leader, I helped support more than 400 investment projects as part of high-performing teams, working with C-suite executives of multinational corporations, site-selection advisors, senior government officials and international organizations — across life sciences, advanced manufacturing, technology and business services.

Today, through FDI+, I bring that experience to governments, multilateral organizations, investment promotion agencies and businesses: from investment attraction strategy to international business development and M&A origination.

My purpose is to connect strategy, capital and people to create opportunities without borders.
