Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all “cookies”. Some are essential for a website to work; others help the owner understand how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| fdi_cookie_notice (local storage) | Essential | Remembers that you have seen the cookie notice | Until you clear it | No |
| Security cookies set by our hosting provider (if any) | Essential | Protect the Website against automated abuse and keep it working | Short-lived, usually the browsing session | No |
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies. If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will list it in this table first and it will only run if you accept it.
3. Third-party content
Some parts of the Website load content from other companies, which may set their own cookies or receive your IP address under their own policies:
- Microsoft Bookings (the scheduling calendar on the Let’s talk page): Microsoft may set cookies that are needed to show the calendar and complete your booking. They are part of the service you request when you choose to book a call.
- Our typefaces are hosted on our own servers, so no font provider receives your data.
- Links to LinkedIn open LinkedIn’s own website.
4. Your choices
Because we only use essential cookies, the Website shows a short notice instead of asking you to choose. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first, with “Accept” and “Reject” equally prominent, and we will treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a choice to reject them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential storage may affect how the Website works.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. The version and date at the top show the latest change.
