Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.fdiplusglobal.com and its pages, forms and content (the “Website”). The Website is operated by FDI PLUS GLOBAL LLC, doing business as FDI+ (“FDI+”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an independent advisory firm based in Connecticut, United States.

By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Who may use the Website

The Website is intended for business and institutional audiences, including governments, investment promotion agencies, multilateral organizations, companies and investors. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or book a call.

3. Information only. No professional advice

The content of the Website is general information about FDI+ and its services. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or other professional advice, and it does not take into account your specific circumstances. You should not act on it without obtaining advice for your situation.

Using the Website, sending a message or booking an introductory call does not create a client, advisory, agency or fiduciary relationship with FDI+. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by FDI+ and the client.

Figures and descriptions of experience on the Website (for example, years of experience or number of projects supported) describe the professional track record of FDI+’s founder, including work carried out as part of other organizations and teams. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful information, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • send unsolicited marketing, spam or malicious code through the Website’s forms;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, databases or any connected system, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content or data from the Website, except search engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website or place an unreasonable load on it.

We may block access, delete submissions or take other appropriate action if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, the FDI+ name and logo, the globe design and the overall look of the Website, are owned by FDI+ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Photographs used under license remain the property of their owners.

You may view, print or share links to pages of the Website for your own non-commercial or internal business use, provided you do not modify the content and you keep all copyright and other notices. Any other use, including copying, republishing or using the FDI+ name or logo, requires our prior written permission.

6. Information you send us

When you use the contact form or the booking tool, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information (for example, government identification numbers, financial account details or health information) through the Website. If a confidential exchange is needed, we will agree a secure channel and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement.

How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Bookings and third-party services

Calls are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings and held on Microsoft Teams. The Website may also link to third-party websites such as LinkedIn. These services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

We may reschedule or cancel a booked introductory call. Introductory calls are free of charge and do not oblige either party to enter into an engagement.

8. Availability and changes to the Website

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FDI+ and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FDI+ against claims, losses and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at pilar@fdiplusglobal.com and to try in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, the state and federal courts located in the State of Connecticut have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory law of your country of residence that these Terms do not affect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version number and “Last updated” date at the top show when they last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website. Each version is archived, and form submissions record the version that was accepted.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FDI+ about the Website.
